At Lumora Candles, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of a successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
We take great care in delivering our products. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a broken, damaged, or defective item.

Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received does not match your order.
Important Notes:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Certain items such as used candles or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once we receive the returned product.
4. Exceptional Cases

If your order is undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

If delivery is delayed or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (courier issues, natural calamities, etc.), refunds will be handled at the company’s discretion.
